Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging BlueCrest Accounting Solutions or using our website at www.bluecrestaccounting.com.au. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

BlueCrest Accounting Solutions (ABN 88 904 505 485) is a registered Australian business providing outsourced accounting, SMSF, bookkeeping, and tax preparation services to accounting firms, financial advisers, and professional practices across Australia. Our operational delivery team is based in India. We do not provide financial advice, tax advice to end clients, or lodge documents directly with the ATO or any regulatory body on behalf of trustees or individual taxpayers.

2. Scope of Services

Our services are exclusively provided on a business-to-business (B2B) basis to registered accounting practices, CA/CPA firms, financial planning firms, and similar professional entities. Services include, but are not limited to:

  • SMSF accounting, compliance preparation, and administration support
  • Bookkeeping services including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliation
  • Tax return preparation and finalisation of accounts
  • Audit support and workpaper preparation
  • Software migration and onboarding support
 

All work is delivered to the client firm for review, approval, and lodgement. BlueCrest does not provide advice directly to trustees, individual taxpayers, or end clients of our client firms.

3. Engagement and Fees

Engagement of our services is confirmed upon execution of a Service Agreement or written acceptance of a proposal. Fees are quoted on a per-fund, per-return, or monthly retainer basis as agreed in your service proposal. Fees are invoiced in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to pause or suspend services on accounts with outstanding invoices beyond 30 days. Any disputed invoice must be raised in writing within 7 days of receipt.

4. Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer (EFT), and where applicable, via online payment links processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By making payment through our online channels, you agree to the terms of the relevant payment processor. BlueCrest does not store card details.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client data — including fund member information, financial records, tax data, and business information — as strictly confidential. Our team is subject to confidentiality obligations and operates within a secure, access-controlled environment. We do not share, sell, or disclose client data to any third party except as required to deliver the agreed services or as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and design, is the property of BlueCrest Accounting Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content without prior written consent. Work product delivered to client firms as part of an engagement is owned by the client firm upon full payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

BlueCrest provides processing and compliance preparation services only. All work is subject to review and approval by the client firm’s responsible professional. BlueCrest is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on deliverables that have not been reviewed and approved by the client firm prior to lodgement or use. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to any client for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the fees paid by that client in the preceding three months.

9. Governing Law
