We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with 2–3 years of hands‑on expertise in Australian accounting practices. The ideal candidate will be proficient in leading accounting software, manage payroll processes, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare financial reports
- Manage Australian payroll in full compliance with regulations
- Prepare Quarterly BAS and related reports
- Collaborate with accountants and clients to resolve queries promptly
- Utilize Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of bookkeeping experience (Australian context preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks
- Solid understanding of Australian payroll systems and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and within a team
