Service Delivery Policy
BlueCrest Accounting Solutions provides professional accounting and compliance services exclusively on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. We do not sell, manufacture, or ship any physical goods or tangible products. All deliverables are provided electronically through digital channels.
1. How We Deliver Our Services
All work produced by BlueCrest is delivered electronically via one or more of the following channels:
- Directly within the client’s accounting or SMSF software platform (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, BGL360, Class Super, Mclowd)
- Via secure email to the authorised contact at the client firm
- Via a shared cloud workspace or secure file transfer platform as agreed with the client firm
The channel for delivery will be agreed at the commencement of each engagement and documented in the service agreement.
2. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery timeframes by service type are as follows:
- SMSF Accounting & Compliance: Turnaround within 10–15 business days of receipt of complete and accurate source documents, unless otherwise agreed
- Bookkeeping (Day-to-Day): Ongoing, as per agreed workflow cadence (daily, weekly, or monthly)
- Tax Preparation Support: Within 7–10 business days of receipt of complete source information
- Catch-Up Bookkeeping: Timeline agreed in writing at commencement based on volume
- Audit Support / Workpaper Preparation: Within 5–7 business days of receipt of required information
Timelines are contingent upon receipt of all required source documents, data access, and information in a complete and accurate form. BlueCrest will communicate promptly if additional information is required or if timelines are at risk.
3. Scope of Delivery
BlueCrest delivers work product to the client firm for their review, approval, and use. We do not lodge documents directly with the ATO, ASIC, or any other regulatory body, and do not communicate directly with fund members, trustees, or the end clients of the client firm unless expressly authorised in writing.
4. International Delivery
Our services are delivered to client firms based in Australia. As our delivery team is based in India, all work is produced offshore and delivered electronically. There are no import/export controls, customs requirements, or shipping costs associated with our services.
5. Delivery Failures or Delays
If a deliverable is not received by the expected date, please contact us immediately at info@bluecrestaccounting.com.au. We will investigate and, where a delay is due to reasons within our control, expedite delivery at no additional cost.
